Job offer

Buddy was offered a job yesterday in Lansing Michigan.  It's a good career move and he has until the end of the week or so to say yes or no.  I love our current house and will hate to leave it whenever the time comes.  If this goes forward we'll be moving this summer.  Since Buddy knows I'm not thrilled about it for a number of reasons one of which is repaying the $8000 homebuyer's tax credit, he is going to talk to some people and see if another opportunity like this might arise.  I could be okay with the cost if it was a really awesome location.  It would need to be pretty amazing though since that is a lot of money.
